The Green Bin

 In A thought, Personal Project

The Green Bin. It’s been sitting there, being moved from room to room, home to home. It has survived two or was it three hurricanes? It moved as my parents moved. It spent some time in my office. Then it moved back again to the island.

Unopened until now, a forgotten treasure trove of family photos, newspaper clippings and jokes my grandpa had saved. I’ve been procrastinating getting ready for the real world and scanning items from the Green Bin. We are meeting remotely at the new virtual offices of 4381. I thought I’d post some thoughts found inside the green bin.

These clippings come from deep inside the bin and are dated anywhere from 1937 to 1968.
