Mental Health Awareness Day: 10 Must See Films

 In Articles

It’s October 10th – Mental Health Awareness Day  – and I wanted to share a ten of my favorite film and television works that cover mental health. The films aren’t just entertaining they’re visually captivating as well. The stories cover various forms of mental illness and provide a window into some of the challenges that come with those illnesses. Below I’ve included a link to a preview of each film so that you will be able to gain more insight. I hope you find at least one film out of this short stack that you can enjoy.
